This planner helps shape a resource library around real visitor tasks instead of dumping posts into generic categories after the fact.

Content model worksheet
- What types of resources will the library contain?
- Which resource types are useful enough to become filters?
- What information should appear on every card?

Recommended fields
- Resource title.
- Short excerpt for cards and related resource links.
- Primary category or resource type.
- Featured image with useful alt text.
- Main body content with headings and lists.
- Optional related resources based on category or manual selection.
Filter planning checklist
- Each filter should contain enough resources to be useful.
- Filter labels should describe visitor intent, not internal team structure.
- The “All” state should feel complete and balanced.
- The empty state should explain what happened and how to reset the filter.
Quality check
- Card excerpts should explain the practical value of each resource.
- Categories should remain clear when more resources are added later.
