This toolkit gives editors and implementers a shared way to review content after it has been entered into WordPress and rendered through the real templates.
Use this when
- A page looks complete but needs a final content QA pass.
- Several editors have touched the same site.
- Card grids, resource posts, or service pages need consistency checks.
Content QA checklist
- Scan headings for order, clarity, and repetition.
- Check excerpts in every place they appear, including cards and related content.
- Review links, buttons, and downloadable assets.
- Inspect image crops, alt text, and captions.
- Preview the final page at multiple viewport widths.
Front-end review prompts
- Does the page still work when scanned quickly?
- Do card titles and excerpts explain the resource clearly?
- Are related resources actually related?
- Does the page feel complete without relying on editor-only context?
- Are there any spacing or layout issues caused by real content length?
Issue tracking
- Use the front end as the source of truth for presentation QA.
- Log issues with enough context that they can be reproduced.
- Separate content fixes from template or component bugs.
Quality check
- Review pages while logged out.
- Confirm cards and single pages tell the same content story.
- Fix repeated vague language before publishing.
