Landing Page Wireframe Brief
A practical wireframe brief for mapping offer, audience, proof, objections, section order, and CTA placement before production design.
This brief helps plan a landing page around decision flow, not decoration, so design and development can move from the same structure.
Use this when
- A campaign page needs a clear message hierarchy.
- The offer, proof, and CTA need to be aligned before build.
- The page should be implemented with reusable sections.
Wireframe brief prompts
- What is the one action this landing page should support?
- Who is the page for?
- What offer, service, or next step is being presented?
- What proof does the visitor need before acting?
- What objections should the page answer?
Suggested section map
- Hero promise and primary CTA.
- Problem or opportunity the visitor recognizes.
- Benefits or outcomes.
- Proof, testimonial, result, or example.
- Process, details, or what happens next.
- FAQ or objection handling.
- Final CTA.
CTA placement notes
- Place the first CTA after the main promise is clear.
- Repeat the CTA after proof or process details.
- Use the same primary action unless there is a strong reason to split paths.
Quality check
- The page should still make sense when scanned by headings.
- Proof should appear before high-commitment asks.
- Each section should support the primary action.
