Enhancing complex booking workflows
Overview
Working through a partner agency, I delivered responsive front-end and UI/UX enhancements for the reservation platforms of luxury hospitality brands Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain.
A key contribution was improving the reservation experience across desktop and mobile without disrupting the client’s existing booking platform. I refined the booking bar, interactive calendar, and responsive layouts so the reservation flow remained intuitive while working within the constraints of an established booking engine.
